Stroud Homes Mackay is looking for an experienced Residential Building Supervisor to join our growing team.

We’re a locally owned building company with a strong focus on quality workmanship, organised building sites and delivering homes we’re proud to put our name on.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects, knows how to manage trades and enjoys seeing a home come together from start to finish.

What’s on offer?

$100,000–$120,000 salary plus superannuation

Company vehicle, phone and laptop supplied

Permanent, full-time position

$5,000–$8,000 relocation assistance for suitable applicants

The role

You’ll be responsible for managing residential builds from commencement through to handover, including:

Coordinating trades, suppliers and construction schedules

Managing multiple homes at various stages of construction

Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with building requirements

Monitoring project timelines, costs and construction progress

Conducting site inspections and managing defects

Maintaining secure, clean and organised sites





Communicating with clients, trades and the office team

Identifying issues early and finding practical solutions

What we’re looking for

Strong understanding of construction methods, plans and building standards

Excellent organisation and trade management skills

High attention to detail and pride in the finished product

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Current driver’s licence and Australian working rights

Relevant qualifications and licences where required

A carpentry or building trade background would be highly regarded.
