CatholicCare Diocese Of Broken Bay in Sydney is seeking a House Supervisor for the Intensive Therapeutic Care program. This permanent full time role blends hands-on leadership with trauma-informed care to support vulnerable youth in a therapeutic residential setting.

You’ll lead Youth Workers, manage budgets and compliance, and collaborate with clinical colleagues to implement care plans. Flexible work options include 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
