We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader who can inspire teams, build strong community partnerships and drive high-quality regulatory and animal management services. You will bring strategic thinking, sound judgement and a commitment to customer service, while ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting positive community outcomes. You are an experienced and values-driven leader who can effectively balance strategic thinking with operational delivery. You will bring strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture. Above all, you are committed to delivering safe, customer-focused and community-centred services that support the wellbeing of the Alice Springs community while advancing Council's strategic objectives.

Must have:A current Northern Territory Driver's C Class Licence with the ability to operate and maintain vehicles including in varying off road conditions

Please note: A current National Police Clearance, issued within the last six (6) months, is an essential requirement for this position.
