Responsibilities:
Pre-service kitchen preparation (preparation of all ingredients and menu items)
Cooking of all menu items to order
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure food service areas are clean and organized.
Adhere to the food safety program and kitchen cleaning/maintenance programs
Assume some responsibility of all kitchen duties, ordering and compliance.
Maintain appropriate OH&S; standards within the team & kitchen
Flexible rotating roster! CASUAL POSITIONS ALSO AVAILABLE :)
