Brisbane GP and Health Hub is looking for a passionate and dedicated nurse to join our warm and supportive team in a versatile part-time or casual role.
About the Role:

Your duties may include:
- Immunisations and vaccine management (Cold Chain)
- Chronic disease management and care planning
- ECGs, spirometry, wound care and health assessments
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Patient triage and telephone support
- Health promotion and preventative care
What we’re looking for:
- AHPRA-registered nurse
- Experience in general practice (or willing to learn)
- Compassionate, organised and a true team player
