L’Occitane En Provence Australia & Current Zealand is seeking a passionate Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager for our Miranda Boutique. You will support the Boutique Manager to inspire a high-performing team, oversee daily operations and deliver an elevated guest experience.

You will coach staff, drive sales KPIs, manage visuals and stock, and uphold brand standards. Experience in retail leadership and excellent communication are essential; skincare interest is a plus.
