Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Mental Health Assertive Outreach Team (AOT). The role focuses on recovery-focused support in the least restrictive setting, including home or community-based visits for adults with complex mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have current AHPRA registration, mental health experience, and a commitment to evidence-based practice, with solid communication and collaboration skills for families and service
