Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Complaints and PALS Administrator to support the Complaints and PALS team with skilled admin services and frontline duties.

You will provide PALS reception cover, greet visitors, and ensure patients and families receive high quality information and advice. You will also input data into QSIS and respond to complaints within set timeframes. This role is on-site at CUH, with a strong focus on patient experience.
