Darios Disability Service is seeking a compassionate Casual Disability Support Worker to join the Eastern Suburbs VIC team. The role offers casual hours with an hourly rate of $40–$70, immediate start, and diverse client care in home and community settings.

You will provide person-centred care, support complex needs, and promote independence, while maintaining versatile casual rosters and a values-driven workplace. English and Aboriginal language support are valued assets.
