This permanent, full time on-site role focuses on hands-on recruitment coordination, liaising with site leaders, People Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to maintain smooth process flow.
You will manage end-to-end plant recruitment, coordinate labour hire, support campaigns and keep accurate trackers.
