Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to oversee daily store operations, sales and high-volume stock within a specialist area. You will lead a team of 20+ people, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, driving Best Experience, safety culture and robust customer service.
You will monitor customer service levels, liaise with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and collaborate with suppliers to maintain our widest range and best prices.
