The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency Co Op – Wodonga VIC is seeking a Fixed Term, Full Time Key Worker to join the Targeted Care Packages program. You will provide intensive case management to TCP clients, with a focus on reducing residential care for Aboriginal children under 12.

You will engage families and carers, develop and review plans, assess risk, and apply culturally protected approaches.
