Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a Community Rehabilitation Health Clinician (Level 4) to join the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service at Coffs Harbour Health Campus.

Permanent part time position (16 hours/week) with remuneration of AUD 131,585 to 134,775 per year under NSW Health State Awards. You will deliver specialist rehabilitation and coordinate care for adults and young people with brain injuries, working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
