Cotality is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end Australian and Current Zealand payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance across monthly and fortnightly cycles. You will serve as the in-country expert, supporting employees, managers, and HR across onboarding through offboarding.
You will partner with global payroll, maintain data integrity in Workday/Dayforce, and drive continuous improvement of payroll processes while aligning with legislation and internal policies.
