Porta Products in Oberon NSW is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our 24/7 manufacturing facility. This full-time role requires driving maintenance operations to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime while building robust relationships across production teams.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) and a proven ability to develop practical solutions for repetitive failures, coupled with excellent communication and coaching skills.
