Akaiito Restaurant in Melbourne is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will prepare, cook and present a range of Japanese dishes, contribute to menu planning, monitor quality and presentation, and help coordinate daily kitchen operations.
The role requires a relevant Commercial Cookery/Hospitality qualification (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience in a busy kitchen.
