We are seeking a Technical Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support within a busy Council setting. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in coordinating documentation, correspondence, records management and reporting activities that support the delivery of community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the City Planning and technical services teams
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and customer requests
- Manage records and documentation using Council systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting documentation and general correspondence
- Process purchase orders, invoices and administrative transactions
- Monitor workflows and assist with project and operational reporting
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders and community members




- Support the administration of planning and development-related processes

Experience Required

- Demonstrated experience in administration, business support or project administration
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Local/State Government required
- Experience using TRIM, Content Manager or similar records management systems
- Exposure to planning, engineering, infrastructure or technical services environments
- Excellent written communication and report preparation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
