We are seeking a Digital UX Project Officer to join a collaborative team delivering a significant digital transformation program within a large government organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of digital initiatives, contributing to the development of more intuitive, accessible and user-focused online experiences.
Working closely with stakeholders from across the organisation, you'll help shape digital solutions that improve engagement, usability and the overall experience for end users.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business and user needs
- Supporting the planning and delivery of digital initiatives
- Reviewing digital content and user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating workshops, feedback sessions and engagement activities
- Contributing to testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
- Assisting with project coordination, reporting and implementation activities
- Supporting communication and change initiatives associated with current digital solutions
What you'll need to succeed
You may have experience in digital projects, user experience, website management, communications, content strategy or service improvement.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience supporting digital or technology-enabled projects
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A user-focused mindset and interest in improving digital experiences
- Well-developed organisational and coordination abilities
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in complex or multi-stakeholder environments
