We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our team, working across both workshop fabrication and on-site installations. This is a varied, hands‑on role, suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working with metal, and is comfortable switching between fabrication in the shed and installing finished products on site. You will be involved in projects from fabrication through to installation, working with a team to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out metal fabrication and welding projects in the workshop.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans and measurements.
- Perform on-site setouts and installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Competently operate workshop machinery and fabrication equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop and worksite.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety and project requirements.
About you
- Previous experience in metal fabrication and welding.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with workshop fabrication and on-site installations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A practical, problem‑solving attitude and willingness to get the job done.
- A current driver's licence.
- Asbestos, silica and white card highly recommended.
- Additional tickets or licences such as forklift, rigging, dogging, crane are a bonus.
