Cummins Geraldton is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the service and parts teams in the Midwest WA region. You will drive branch performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while shaping a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will manage budgets, metrics, and stakeholder relationships, with coaching and development of local talent, and you will be supported by the Western Region Leadership team as you grow into branch leadership.
