Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a People Specialist – Employee Relations to shape risk-aware, compliant ER outcomes. You will work with senior leaders, People Partners and Legal stakeholders to balance commercial needs with fair processes and employee experience.

You will lead investigations, grievances and escalations, provide expert advice, and coach leaders to strengthen ER capability. A robust knowledge of employment law and a proactive improvement mindset are essential.
