FMG Engineering is seeking a Bid Submissions Specialist to own end-to-end EOIs, RFPs and tender submissions across projects. You’ll coordinate schedules, gather information, and craft clear, persuasive content with a solid attention to detail. You’ll work with stakeholders nationwide, format submissions in Word/PowerPoint/Adobe, develop graphics, maintain the bid library and support the marketing team to improve the submissions process.
