The Role





Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of commercial and residential pools.

Assess & repair pool equipment incl. pumps, filtration units, chlorinators, & chemical dosing systems

Identify equipment issues and advise customers on suitable repair or replacement options.

Install pool equipment to a high standard.

Keep clear service records and explain completed work & recommendations to customers.

Maintain commercial pools in line with relevant health and safety requirements.

Update visits & requirements in Pooltrackr

Experience & Requirements

Previous experience in pool servicing, maintenance, and equipment repairs.

Sound knowledge of pool systems, hydraulics, and water chemistry.

Special consideration will be given to candidates with Commercial pool and plant room experience, although exceptional residential technicians with strong diagnostic skills are encouraged to apply.

A practical approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail.

Reliable work habits and professional customer communication.

Full Australian work rights are required for this permanent, full-time position.

Self-motivated technician who takes ownership of their work, demonstrates robust technical ability, and can confidently manage a combination of commercial and residential clients.
