JBS Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team of Mechanical Fitters and Electricians, ensuring secure, reliable operation of critical production equipment at our Queensland facility.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will drive preventative maintenance, coordinate breakdown response, and coach tradespeople to build capability, while maintaining food safety and site compliance.
