The Role
Suitable applicants should be able to create safe and motivating learning environments for students using engaging pedagogy, restoratives practices and genuine concern for personal and student wellbeing. Suitable applicants will ideally be proficient in using data as part of the assess-plan-act cycle and have a proven repertoire of effective teaching pedagogies and strategies that meet the needs of all students. A thorough knowledge, and practical application of PLD, Talk 4 Writing, EDI, Fogarty Edvance, while not essential, would be beneficial. Coaching,
mentoring and learning from each other feature highly in our performance and development culture.
