We are looking for a keen family lawyer and team player to join our boutique practice (minimum of 2 years PAE in family law).

We have a full time position available, however, candidates seeking a part-time position (no less than 3-days per week) will also be considered (minimum 5 years PAE if so).

You will be working on a diverse range of family law matters (including litigated matters in Court) and alongside the firm's Principal who is an Accredited Family Law Specialist.

You will have:

- A clear communication style (written and verbal).
- Excellent drafting skills and pride in your work.




- A strong work ethic and management of deadlines.
- A track-record practising in the area of family law.
- An ability to work in a team setting as well as on your own, including mentoring of junior staff.
- Recent carriage of family law matters and the ability to manage a varied case load, either with or without supervision.
- Experience with advocating for clients in Court.
- A desire to attain specialisation in family law.
- Familiarity with legal practice management software, e-Brief Ready and electronic file management.
