The Opportunity:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the business

Inspire, coach, and engage the team to foster a high-performance culture

Promote collaboration and teamwork within the branch to maintain a unified "one team" approach

Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and representatives

Actively engage in sales, identifying opportunities, meeting with customers, and driving revenue growth alongside your team

Develop, implement, and track strategic business plans and budgets, working closely with the General Manager to set and achieve KPIs and forecast outcomes

Oversee pricing, programs, and forward ordering of whole goods

Manage equipment orders, monitor pricing programs,



and drive forecasting efforts

About you

Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, develop, and mentor your team, driving the overall success of the business

Highly detail-oriented, especially in relation to accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis

A creative thinker with a strong passion for continuous improvement

Exceptional management, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Sales-focused with a keen understanding of the value of customer service

Previous experience in agricultural sales is advantageous

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various departments
