Rugby World Cup Australia is seeking a Readiness Coordinator to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting to the Readiness Manager, you will support planning and execution of the Readiness Program, helping deliver readiness exercises, simulations, and testing activities across the tournament.

This role offers an chance to work closely with functional areas and external stakeholders, coordinating logistics, developing materials, maintaining records, and driving readiness actions.
