G’day Group is seeking a Business Operations & Partnerships Manager to lead the end-to-end customer and member experience across the G’day Parks network. You will drive both B2B and B2C satisfaction, optimise systems and technology adoption, and strengthen engagement across platforms and channels.

You’ll play a key role in data governance, system integration, performance reporting and continuous improvement to support network growth and deliver exceptional outcomes.
