G’day Group is seeking a hands-on Relief Manager to lead daily operations across 17 Discovery Parks locations in WA, SA, QLD and the NT. You will travel between properties, stepping in for Park Managers and ensuring guest care remains outstanding.

You'll supervise work-stay villages, manage rosters that may vary (5:2, 10:4, 14:7), and drive budgets, staffing and compliance. This role suits a mobile, adaptable leader who thrives on regional travel and hospitality excellence.
