Plena Healthcare is seeking a Rostering Team Leader to manage and support the rostering team coordinating Allied Health services for residents in Residential Aged Care and the Community, based in our Norwood office.
You will create well planned rosters, arrange initial assessments, schedule ongoing appointments, handle enquiries with a shared phoneline and group email, and contribute to workforce planning to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
