Country Fire Authority (CFA) – Chirnside Park VIC is seeking a fixed-term full-time Coordinator for Learning & Development to streamline recruitment, onboard volunteer instructors, and promote their skilled growth across the North East Region. You will coordinate recruitment, assess capacity, upskill instructors, and support events while recording activities in the LMS. Travel within the region and occasional evenings/weekends are expected.
