Location : Gold Coast, Coolangatta Employment Type : Full-Time Roster : WEEK A: Mon, Tues, Wed 2pm-10pm, Sat, Sun 6am-6pm WEEK B: Wed, Thurs, 2pm-10pm, Fri 6am-6pm Pay Rate : SSIA Level 3 Key Responsibilities

Keeping campus operations smooth and secure through: Managing vehicle leasing, visitor passes, and access control Conducting proactive internal and external patrols Monitoring CCTV, WHS compliance, and alarm responses Issuing and maintaining staff, contractor, and visitor access cards Responding to perimeter breaches or unauthorized access attempts Operating intercom systems and overseeing traffic and screening areas Liaising with university stakeholders and reporting potential risks Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and security documentation Mandatory Requirements





Valid QLD Security Licence A current First Aid Certificate Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). CCTV monitoring experience (highly regarded) Strong communication and observation skills A calm, professional approach to every situation Why join Certis?
