We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/ Barista for our Sunbury store who are team orientated, rapid-paced, and have a passion for customer service

Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to: Assistingwith the overseeing and supervising day to day operations Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications. Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and be an exceptional role model for your team Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies

Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings Have experience making all types of espresso coffee Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine Supervise daily operations and large teams Work autonomously and as part of a team Have excellent presentation and customer service
