About Sharewise
Sharewise Group is a fast-growing Sydney stockbroking firm. We help Australian investors access the ASX and US markets through general advice, share advisory memberships and managed accounts. As we scale, we’re building a dedicated desk focused on looking after our clients and keeping them with us.

The role
This is a retention role, not a sales role. There’s no hard selling, no cold calling and no prospecting. Every client you look after has already signed up with Sharewise. Your job is to build great relationships, keep clients with us through renewals and upgrades, and bring them onto our platform.

You’ll never have to pick stocks, place trades or manage portfolios. Our advisers take care of all of that, so you can focus purely on the relationship. You’ll start with a book of 1,000+ existing clients from day one.

Day to day you’ll:

- Talk to clients about the markets: regular calls about what’s moving, what we’re buying and why

- Renew memberships and keep your clients with us year after year

- Upgrade clients to our premium services

- Bring their funds across: encourage clients to move their portfolios and new funds onto our platform

- Get them set up: once a client is ready to come across,



help them open their account and transfer their holdings

You’ll sit in on our investment meetings and be across the stocks we’re buying, our strategy and our market views. That gives you real substance to talk through with every client.

About you
This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships and enjoys the markets, but doesn’t want the pressure of building their own client book from scratch. You’ll bring:

- A genuine interest in the stock market. You follow the markets and enjoy talking shares.

- Strong relationship skills, warm and confident on the phone

- Organisation and persistence with follow-up

- Comfort being measured on renewals, upgrades and funds brought onto the platform

- Client service experience in financial services is a plus, but not essential

- $75,000–$80,000 base plus super, with OTE of $150,000 in your first year including commission

- No licence yet? That’s fine. We’ll support you through your RG146 and get you authorised as an Authorised Representative under our licence.
