The opportunity
Titan Recruitment is looking for a excellent people leader to own how we deliver recruitment. Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you'll lead and develop our Associate Directors and Lead Consultants. You'll lift the capability of every consultant in the business and make sure clients and candidates get outstanding service, every time.

What you'll do
- Lead and coach Associate Directors and Leads, and hold them accountable for desk performance and team activity
- Embed Titan's recruitment methodology and weekly activity disciplines across the business
- Develop consultants through interview reviews, live coaching and new-starter development
- Oversee the contractor care journey, spotting risk and extension opportunities early
- Shape business direction as a member of the ELT
What you'll bring
- Proven agency recruitment success, ideally in Engineering, Technical or Resources
- Experience leading and developing recruitment teams, with results to show for it
- Commercial understanding of what drives desk performance and margin
