Location: Sydney.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our Card Fraud squad, helping shape and deliver capabilities that protect customers from card fraud while enabling secure and seamless payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the roadmap and priorities for Card Fraud capabilities.

- Translate customer, fraud, regulatory and technology requirements into clear product outcomes.

- Partner with Fraud, Cards, Engineering, Operations, Architecture and external scheme/vendor teams.

- Lead discovery and requirements definition for fraud capabilities, scheme changes and card-payment initiatives.

- Define requirements, acceptance criteria and success measures.

- Manage dependencies, risks and priorities across complex initiatives.

- Support implementation, production readiness and ongoing optimisation.

Must Have

- Strong Product Management / Business Analysis experience across Cards, Payments, Fraud or Financial Services.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end card payment lifecycle, particularly:

- Authentication

- Authorisation

- Clearing





- Good knowledge of Visa and Mastercard schemes.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business and technology teams.

- Experience delivering within complex, multi-system technology environments.

Highly Desirable

- Discover / Diners Club scheme and payment-flow experience.

- Experience in fraud detection, fraud decisioning or card fraud prevention.

- Exposure to real-time transaction monitoring, fraud rules/strategies, authentication controls or fraud platforms.

- Experience with card-scheme, regulatory or large-scale payment transformation initiatives.
