New Town Toyota is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you’ll coordinate current vehicle builds from initial processing through to delivery, working closely with our Parts and Workshop teams and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are completed on time and ready for their new owners.

Permanent full-time position | Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm.

How you will make an impact:

- Process new vehicle builds and prepare the required documentation and repair orders.
- Coordinate with Parts, Workshop and external suppliers to ensure vehicle requirements are met.
- Schedule work, monitor progress and help keep vehicle deliveries on track.
- Raise purchase orders, check supplier pricing and assist with costing and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records and ensure key dates and documentation are updated ahead of delivery.

What we're looking for:

- Current WA C Class Manual Driver’s Licence.
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.

Automotive industry experience would be an advantage, but it isn't the only pathway into this role. Candidates with strong administration skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
