Work-life balance, fair remuneration, a positive working environment and approachable management are genuinely valued here, not just talked about. With hands-on owners who care about their team and a collaborative culture where everyone contributes, this is an opportunity to join a business where you'll feel supported, respected and appreciated.
If you're someone who loves being organised, enjoys helping people and wants to work somewhere your contribution genuinely matters, I'd love to hear from you!

- Approachable, hands-on management who genuinely care about their team
- A close-knit, family-oriented culture where you're more than just a number

The Role

As the Residential Construction Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting clients and the wider construction team throughout the building journey,

from initial enquiry through to handover.
Working closely with the owners and project management team, you'll help keep projects organised, clients informed and the day-to-day administration running smoothly.
It's a hands-on, varied position where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build genuine relationships and contribute to a growing business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating client communication, enquiries, updates and follow-ups throughout the building process
- Supporting pre-construction activities, including prestarts, selections, approvals and documentation
- Assisting with contracts, variations, scheduling and project administration
- Maintaining accurate client records, project documentation and internal systems
- Liaising with clients, trades, suppliers and consultants to keep projects moving
- Supporting project managers throughout the building journey
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies

About You - Ideally, You'll Bring:

- Previous experience in residential construction administration, client liaison, prestart coordination or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach

- A high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems, with a willingness to learn
- A team-first mindset and a willingness to lend a hand when needed

Experience with building plans, contracts, CRM systems or construction management software will be highly regarded.
You don't need to know everything on day one. The right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine love of administration will go a long way!

Why This Role?
Let's be honest, a positive job is about more than just the work you do. It's about being paid fairly, having a life outside of work, enjoying the people you work with and feeling comfortable approaching your manager when you need support.

These are all areas this business genuinely values. You'll be joining a close-knit team with approachable owners, a positive working environment and a culture built around looking after its people. There's an understanding that life doesn't stop when you leave the office, and a genuine appreciation for the people who help the business succeed.
