Core Talent is currently seeking experienced Hydrotesting Technicians and Polywelders with hydrostatic testing experience for a long-term Rio Tinto project in the Pilbara.

About the Role
- Conduct hydrostatic pressure testing on HDPE pipelines
- Prepare, set up and operate hydrotesting equipment
- Perform pressure testing, monitoring and leak detection
- Assist with HDPE pipe installation, butt fusion and electrofusion works
- Complete testing documentation and quality assurance records
- Work safely in accordance with site procedures and project specifications
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hydrostatic pressure testing essential
- Background in HDPE polywelding, piping or pipeline construction
- Experience with butt fusion and electrofusion welding highly regarded
- Previous FIFO mining experience, ideally on Rio Tinto sites
- Ability to interpret testing procedures and work independently
- Relevant polywelding qualifications or tickets advantageous
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
