IET is looking for experienced and motivated Electricians, Leading Hands and Site Supervisors to join our team in Perth. We work with government and commercial clients across WA, delivering everything from landmark construction to essential maintenance.

The Roles

- Electricians – Deliver safe, compliant, high-quality installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance work across projects and service jobs, and support apprentices and peers along the way

- Leading Hands – Bring trade expertise and on-site leadership – guiding tradespeople and apprentices, overseeing installation, testing and commissioning, and keeping work safe, productive and to standard

- Site Supervisors – Lead and coordinate site labour, materials and subcontractors – planning daily works, driving safety and quality, and supporting Project and Operations Managers to deliver on schedule and budget

Where You'll Work

- Construction – Large commercial and government projects across Perth, including high-profile builds

- Minor Works – Small to medium projects in schools, government buildings and commercial facilities, with plenty of variety in scope and setting





- Maintenance – Fault-finding and repairs across a portfolio of over 700 commercial and government buildings – ideal for problem-solvers who enjoy a technical challenge

What You'll Bring

- Relevant experience for the level you're applying for – whether on the tools, leading a crew, or supervising sites

- WA Electrical Worker's Licence ("A" Grade)

- White Card

- Current Driver's Licence

- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)

- Yellow Card BL/SL licence (desirable)

- Communications ticket (desirable)
