The Opportunity
You'll initially work directly alongside the business owner, learning all aspects of installing premium outdoor blind systems.
No two days are the same.
You'll work across Sydney, meet great customers and gain experience with a variety of installations, from straightforward residential projects to more intricate and challenging jobs.
Your responsibilities will include:

Your Career Progression
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.

For the right candidate, this could eventually include:
- Managing your own installation jobs.
- Your own fully equipped company vehicle.
- All necessary professional tools and equipment.
- Company fuel card and work-related toll expenses.

The dedicated vehicle and installation assistant are potential benefits of a future Lead Installer role, not part of the initial position.
We're prepared to invest the time and training into someone who demonstrates commitment, initiative and a genuine desire to succeed.
