Our client is an established multi-franchise automotive business seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its recent vehicle sales operation. With meaningful sales volume already in place, the focus is on strengthening performance through better processes, stronger coaching and greater commercial discipline.

You will oversee the sales team and fleet function, working closely with finance and car care to improve results across the customer journey. Your priorities will include managing enquiry effectively, improving conversion, protecting gross profit and ensuring the team follows through on its commitments.

There is work to do, making this a role for someone who enjoys developing people and improving how a department operates. You will need to be visible on the floor, confident managing performance and able to translate targets into clear daily actions.





We are looking for an experienced dealership sales leader with demonstrated success managing new vehicle operations. You should understand the relationship between volume, margin, finance penetration and customer satisfaction, and bring a practical approach to achieving results through others.

Experience introducing consistent lead management, coaching salespeople and building accountability will be particularly valuable.

An anticipated OTE of $160,000–$180,000 plus a vehicle is on offer, with the final package negotiated according to experience. An initial earnings guarantee can also be discussed while you establish yourself in the role.
