About the Role

PMW Industries, in partnership with CSI Mining Services, is looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Plant Operators to join our team on our Geoscience Project, supporting works for our Tier 1 client, BHP.

Working across the Central and Eastern Pilbara, you’ll be part of a team delivering a range of activities, including drill pad preparation, road construction and associated earthworks. No two days are the same, and you’ll play an important role in keeping the project moving safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

- Operating mobile plant, including Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Excavators, and Water Carts

- Supporting drill pad preparation, road maintenance and earthworks.

- Completing routine pre-starts, inspections and basic machine checks.





- Working safely and following site procedures, environmental requirements and heritage management plans.

- Working alongside an experienced team to achieve project targets.

What we're looking for:

- Experience in a civil works environment, with preferrable experience in mining rehabilitation and final trim.

- Experience operating one or more of the following: Dozer, Grader, Loader or Excavator.

- Hold current National Recognised Ticket.

- A strong commitment to safety and following site procedures.

- The ability to complete routine equipment checks and identify maintenance issues.

- A team-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to a productive work setting.

- Current BHP/MRL inductions and relevant tickets or training in 4WD/defensive driving, vehicle operation, first aid and fire safety are desirable.
