We’re looking for someone who enjoys a valuable conversation, takes pride in following things through and can help customers choose the right gear for their next adventure.

As our Showroom Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of the day to day running of our Ormeau showroom. You’ll welcome customers, build relationships and turn enquiries into sales through practical, honest advice.

You don’t need to be a 12V expert to get started. We’ll help you learn the products, systems and processes so you can guide customers with confidence.

What you’ll be doing

- Helping customers find the right setup. Listen to their needs, explain their options and recommend the right products, from solar panels and batteries to the accessories that bring a setup together.

- Turning enquiries into sales. Assist customers in person, over the phone and by email. Prepare quotes, follow them up and help customers make confident purchasing decisions.

- Keeping orders moving. Process sales, payments, quotes and invoices using our point of sale and cloud based systems. Coordinate freight bookings and dispatch paperwork.

- Following through on customer care. Keep accurate records of customer conversations, orders and warranty enquiries, working with the team to resolve issues.

- Running a welcoming showroom. Handle opening and closing, maintain clean and organised displays, monitor stock and arrange replenishment.

- Building connections. Develop relationships with retail and trade customers, suppliers and partners, and help the team with trade shows, open days and special events.

What you’ll bring

Experience in customer facing sales, retail or a showroom would be valuable. We’re looking for someone who:

- Listens well, communicates clearly and enjoys helping people.

- Is comfortable recommending products, asking for the sale and following up.

- Can move between customers,



enquiries and administration without losing track of the details.

- Takes initiative, follows through and works well with the team.

- Is confident with digital tools, including AI platforms such as Claude or Codex.

- Is curious about our products and willing to keep learning.

An interest in camping, caravanning, travel or off grid living is welcome. Existing knowledge of 12V systems is a bonus, and additional product training is availaible.

We work on Apple Macs and use digital platforms including Shopify, our ERP system and shipping software. One on one systems training is available where needed.
