Workforce Extensions Ballarat is seeking experienced Earthmoving Operators for an upcoming civil earthworks project near Echuca.

We're particularly interested in experienced Roller and Scraper Operators, although operators with experience across a range of civil earthmoving machinery are encouraged to apply.

With a roster designed to provide a block of work followed by time off, this is a great opportunity for capable operators looking for their next project.

About the Roles

Our client is an established civil contractor delivering earthworks projects across regional Victoria. We're looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, understand the importance of safety and can contribute to a productive site team.

Current requirements include:

- Pad Foot Roller Operators

- Scraper Operators, particularly 623G and 631 experience

- Watercart Operators

We're also interested in experienced operators with skills across compactors, graders and dozers, including GPS-controlled machinery.

If you have solid civil earthmoving experience but your machinery type isn't listed above, we'd still like to hear from you.

What's on Offer

- 10 days on, 3 days off roster





- Approximately 10-hour working days

What You'll Need

- Demonstrated experience operating civil earthmoving machinery

- Relevant experience in bulk earthworks, compaction or material conditioning

- A strong commitment to safety and following site procedures

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team

- A reliable, practical and hardworking attitude

- Current White Card

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Experience with GPS-controlled machinery will be highly regarded for relevant positions.
