So, the Job

As a Creative Producer at Dilate, you’ll oversee creative projects from start to finish across three core areas: project management, creative direction and team coordination. You’ll work closely with clients and our internal team of designers, developers, copywriters and creative specialists to deliver work on time, on budget and beyond expectations.

Project management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as their main point of contact.
- Understand client business goals, requirements and challenges to provide tailored creative solutions.
- Communicate progress, updates and issues regularly with clarity and transparency.
- Develop project plans with scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects in line with Dilate’s quality standards and client expectations.

Creative direction

- Interpret the client’s vision and balance it with the creative excellence needed to achieve their business objectives.
- Understand the market and target audience to deliver work that resonates with people, generates an emotional response and leaves a lasting impression.
- Clearly communicate the creative vision to copywriters,



designers and creative specialists.
- Direct with clear, constructive feedback that helps our creatives reach their potential.

Team coordination

- Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, developers and copywriters so projects run smoothly from brief to delivery.
- Facilitate explicit communication so everyone knows their role and responsibilities.
- Has proven experience in project management within a creative or marketing agency, or a related industry.
- Has a strong, proven ability to direct creative projects, including websites and digital experiences, with a focus on UI/UX.
- Understands marketing principles across brand, digital marketing and social media.
- Brings creativity and a genuine curiosity to learn.
- Is confident managing client relationships and communication.
- Brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is exceptionally organised, manages time well and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is confident with project management tools and software.
- Can work independently, but loves collaboration too.
- Is client-focused with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Is an Australian resident with full working rights, based in Perth, WA. This is not a remote role.
