Ballarat Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Manager (Business Manager) to join our team.

About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you will play an important role in assisting customers with the purchase of new and used vehicles by presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions to suit their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Presenting and arranging finance and insurance products for new and used vehicle customers.

- Processing customer deposits and final payments.

- Preparing and processing vehicle invoices.

- Coordinating vehicle delivery paperwork and associated administration.

- Ensuring all transactions and documentation are accurate, compliant and completed to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a professional, customer-focused individual who can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.





You will bring:

- Previous experience in a similar role, or a background in banking, finance or accounting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and colleagues.

- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Professional presentation and a genuine commitment to customer service.
