Point Stuart Wilderness Lodge is seeking an onsite hands on Lodge Manager to lead accommodation, tourism and hospitality operations. You are a proactive problem solver who understands that successful businesses are built on strong systems, clear accountability and empowered people. You lead from the front, develop your team and create a culture where people take ownership of their roles.

- Experienced in hospitality, accommodation or tourism management

- Calm under pressure and solutions focused
- Comfortable managing a diverse operation in a remote environment
