You will play an important role in ensuring our online and corporate orders are accurately packed, processed and dispatched on time.
Key responsibilities
- Picking, packing and dispatching online and corporate orders efficiently and accurately
- Processing orders, printing shipping labels and preparing courier documentation
- Checking order quantities, customer details and delivery requirements
- Ensuring orders are securely packed and presented to our quality standards
- Coordinating daily dispatch schedules and meeting courier collection deadlines
- Liaising with production teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch
- Monitoring packaging supplies and assisting with inventory management
- Maintaining an organised, clean and efficient dispatch workspace
- Managing high-volume orders during busy seasonal periods
- Proactively identifying and resolving dispatch-related issues
About you
- Previous experience in e-commerce order fulfilment, dispatch, picking and packing is highly desirable
- Speed and efficiency – Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Exceptional attention to detail – Takes pride in ensuring every order is correct
- Initiative and independence – Proactively manages tasks without constant supervision
- Robust organisational skills – Able to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines

- Computer literacy – Comfortable using online ordering systems, shipping platforms and basic computer applications
